Customer's reviews
Highly recommend ABACUS!
We had a great experience with Julio from ABACUS. From the moment he arrived, he communicated everything extremely thoroughly and was friendly, professional, and respectful of our home.
He took his time inspecting our HVAC system and explained each step along the way, including what he was checking, how the system works, and what his findings meant. He was clearly very knowledgeable and educated about HVAC systems, but he also explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand.
When you are dealing with something as important and sensitive as HVAC concerns inside your home, it makes a huge difference to have a technician who makes you feel comfortable, informed, and confident in the inspection being performed. Julio absolutely did that for us.

I had an excellent experience with Jonathan Carley and Victor from Abacus Plumbing, AC & Electrical. They were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of our home throughout the entire visit. They replaced our garbage disposal and unclogged the plumbing efficiently while keeping everything very clean and organized. What impressed me most was the time they took to explain the benefits and differences between several disposal models so I could make an informed decision. I was very satisfied with their workmanship and honest advice. Jonathan also took the time to point out a few areas that may need future attention, including our tankless water heaters, and provided very helpful general maintenance guidance. Outstanding customer service from start to finish - highly recommended.

I have used Abacus twice in the last three years for large projects. Most recently a new electrical panel, tri fuel portable generator with all connections including power transfer box, surge protector, and soft starts for both ac units. In addition to that they installed a chandelier in a difficult area. I chose Abacus because three years ago they installed three new toilets, bathroom fixtures, water heater, and a new garbage disposal. I was so impressed with the quality of work then that I chose them to return for my latest project. I was again delighted with their quality of work performed. Quality of work performed is my number one priority and Abacus has never let me down. I will use them in the future for all my household projects. Thank You
